This form will be used for individual or group room reservations in the buildings of Cherry Engineering or Lucas Engineering. 

Important Access Information:
Please note that after 5:00PM the doors may be locked upon arrival. To ensure access, stop by Ashleigh Bells office (Cherry 2000H) before 5:00 PM to have the room unlocked. Once unlocked, someone must remain in the room until the event begins to keep the door from locking again.

Reservation Timing:
If your event requires time for setup or takedown, please include that time in your reservation. Be sure to book the room for the full duration needed—including any preparation and cleanup—so that it’s available when you arrive and until you’re finished.
